This function helps to remove pet hair from your clothes more effectively.
When you select this function, the Pre-wash and extra rinse programs are added to the normal program. Thus, the washing process takes place with more water and animal hair is removed more effectively.

The water Suppression Auxiliary function allows the laundry to be soaked in detergent water before the washing process begins, thus better cleaning the stains that have been etched into the laundry.

Using the child Lock feature, you can prevent children from tampering with the machine. This way, you can prevent changes to an ongoing program.

With the child Lock engaged, you can switch the machine on and off with the on/off button. When you start the machine again, the program resumes where it left off.
If the buttons are pressed while child Lock is active, the audible warning sounds. If the buttons are pressed five times in a row, the buzzer cancels.
To activate child lock:
Press and hold the corresponding auxiliary function button for 3 seconds. When the "3-2-1" countdown on the display has ended, the child Lock icon appears on the display. When this warning appears, you can release auxiliary function button 3.

• Wireless connection 
With wireless connectivity, you can pair your machine and smart device. This way, you can get information about the status of your machine from your smart device and control your machine.
To enable Wi-Fi:
Press and hold the remote control button for 3 seconds. The display shows the "on" symbol after the countdown "3-2-1". When this warning appears, release the remote control button. The wireless icon blinks when the product connects to the Internet. When the connection is successful, the icon's light remains on.
To disable Wi-Fi:
Press and hold the remote control button for 3 seconds. The countdown "3-2-1" appears on the display and the symbol "off" appears on the display.
ملاحظة
Before you can enable Wi-Fi, the initial setup of the machine with the HomeWhiz app must be completed. If you press the “Remote Control” button after the installation, the wireless connection will be activated automatically.

- سيتلاشى الرمز بعد انتهاء المكالمة.

إلغاء طلب خدمة الدعم:
يجب تسليم طلبك بنجاح إلى خدمات العملاء، ويضيء الرمز باستمرار إذا كنت ترغب في إلغاء طلبك. للإلغاء؛
- اضغط مع الاستمرار على مفتاح خدمة الدعم لمدة 3 ثوانٍ.
- سيبدأ رمز خدمة الدعم في الوميض.

استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها:
في حالة عدم إضاءة رمز خدمة الدعم أو إذا كان يتلاشى على الفور أو يومض باستمرار بعد الضغط على زر خدمة الدعم:
- تأكد من إضافة منتجك على تطبيق HomeWhizz وتوصيله بشبكة الإنترنت في منزلك.
- تأكد من أن لديك حساب HomeWhizz وتم إدخال رقم هاتفك في تطبيق HomeWhizz.
- لن تعمل هذه الوظيفة إذا لم يكن لديك اتصال بالإنترنت. تحقق من وجود اتصال.
- تحقق مما إذا كان الرقم الذي أدخلته في تطبيق HomeWhiz صحيحًا.
ملاحظة
إذا تم تعطيل وظيفة الشبكة اللاسلكية لمنتجك، فسيتم تمكينها عند الضغط على زر خدمة الدعم. سيظل الاتصال اللاسلكي ممكنًا ما لم تقم بإيقاف تشغيله بعد اكتمال خدمة الدعم.
