Appropriate Installation Location

Place the product on a hard, firm, and flat surface. Do not place the product on surfaces such as long-pile carpet or anti-slip rugs, or on excessively bouncy flooring such as acoustic flooring. Unsuitable surfaces can cause noise and vibration problems.

When the washing machine and dryer are stacked on top of each other, their total weight – when full – is approximately 180 kilograms. Place the product on a sturdy, flat surface with sufficient load-bearing capacity.

Do not place the product on top of an electrical cord.
Do not install the product in environments where the temperature drops below 0 ºC. Your product may be damaged due to freezing.
Position the product ensuring there is a gap between it and the surrounding surfaces. If your product is built-in, install it according to the installation diagram.
If you are installing the product on a stepped surface, absolutely do not place it near the edge.
Do not place the product on any platform.
Do not place or use heat sources such as stoves, irons, ovens, heaters, etc. on the product.
